Eligibility for Returns

You may return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery. Returned products must be in their original condition and packaging with all accessories included.

Return Process

To initiate a return, email us at contact@mywishinc.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide a Return Authorization and instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for returning shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.
