All orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. You will receive an email confirmation when your order ships.

We currently ship within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping currently.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery.
MywishInc is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been handed over to the carrier. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim, and notify us as well.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect addresses provided by customers.
You may request to change or cancel your order before it ships. Once shipped, cancellations or changes are not possible, and you must follow our return policy.
